Wow its almost noon and no one has started the thread! Im up finally andmade some payments! Now Im going to go make my car payment then go to Costco and get my daughter some groceries.
It was a beautiful day yesterday in Chicago about 69 and sunny my kind of weather! We went out to lunch. Then a little shopping!
Todsy not much! It is kind of cool! But hopefully no snow!
I have to give Vinnie up for a few hrs as she is going with her daddy to see the other grandma!
Well talk on Starbucks is calling my name!

Good afternoon all. Sorry i didn't get to post yesterday. Everytime i tried my phone would act up and i'd lose my internet connection.
Carla, i think we ared getting yesterdays Chicago weather i n Columbus today. It is 70 degrees and balmy. I am waiting for my roommate, Claire, to come out from a doctor's appointment. Normally i would go in with her but i am in a cranky mood and not feeling well after eating one too many fresh tortillas at lunch. Tasted great in my mouth. Not so great in my stomach.
Gym workout yesterday was ok. I was a bit sluggish. Got my.steps in, but took an extra 10 mins to do it.
My Great Nephew Liam is home and doing well. So i am thrilled about that.
Well, i think i may join Claire, she is a terrible historian and leaves out major things like her severe CAD.

Hi Carla and Francine and my beautiful OFF sistas!
Had my first outing today since surgery last week. Went to see the surgeon and she removed one of my drainage tubes. HooRAY! Go back next week to remove the other one. She said everything looked fine. I told her I was very pleased! She looked at me and said, "Why wouldn't you be?" Ahh, the arrogance of doctors! You gotta love 'em.
So I have my first round of before and after pictures. I MIGHT post them on my personal page. Can't decide if I'm that brave or not, but I might.
Then Butch took me out for brunch at my fav--The Fork and Spoon. Oh I love that place. It's a breakfast and lunch only cafe, with a German bakery attached! Can we say calories? But I was good. I had the veggie quiche, a spinach n strawberry salad, and a cup of the tomato basil soup. Of course, I couldn't fini**** all, but it was yummy. Butch bought us a loaf of bread, a couple of crusty rolls, and then we splurged a got one slice of the chocolate cake for our dessert tonight.
After that we wandered around Tuesday Morning for a bit. I bought some new sleeveless jammies for vacation, a $5 beach bag, and some closet organizer stuff. OMG, I am so excited. Butch is going to take over the closet in Benny's old room and I'm going to get the entire closet in our bedroom! We both can't wait until our clothes "divorce" each other. We are not made to share a closet, let me tell you.
So, now I'm pooped! Ready for my afternoon nap, but it was fun to get out of the house for a bit. Love you all!
